Having married a Swiss Hotelier and spending much time abroad due to her husband’s career, Rokiah decided in 2010 to temporarily cease her businesses in Malaysia.
After 30 years of extensive travel and life as an expatriate overseas, Rokiah returned to Malaysia in 2014, where she opened mid-2015 her boutique at the new Taman Botani Perdana in Kuala Lumpur.
The Kia Klemenz Gifts & Souvenirs boutique has carefully selected beautiful crafts, gifts, batik paintings, garments and decorative items, which is perfect for all-season shopping.
“What’s special about my Kia Klemenz boutique is that whatever I buy or make for the shop comes from my heart” says Rokiah. “The things you find at my shop are those that I would like for my own home.”
The adjoining small Café offers freshly brewed coffees, teas and a variety of cold and hot snacks, including daily freshly baked Butter Croissants.
The boutique is only walking distance from the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park and Orchid Garden, next to the Hibiscus Garden and located at the entrance of Taman Botani Perdana, the Botanical Garden of Kuala Lumpur.
Another milestone for Kia Klemenz is the On-line Shop that went live early 2016.
